The interview was done in Korean with three interviewers on Zoom. It was a pretty standard, straightforward process, not too hard and not too easy. The interviewers were polite and professional, and it felt like a structured conversation. I wasn't overly stressed, but it wasn't super memorable either. Everything happened as expected, no big surprises. It was just an okay interview experience overall.

This is how hiring works at a typical Korean company. First, there's an interview via Zoom with HR. Then, a second interview also on Zoom. After that, they send an offer letter. It's a pretty standard interview process you'd expect. They'll send an email to set up the time, and then you'll start the Zoom interview.

This was the worst interview ever, super disrespectful. Two people came in, and one was really cocky about everything and mocked my experience, constantly tossing my resume around. That's not a lot of respect for someone you just met. The interview dragged on for no reason and half the time they asked irrelevant questions. The other person assisting looked miserable and alert whenever the main interviewer said something to them. I can see what working here would be like. They know their Glassdoor review is bad and blame candidates for looking at Glassdoor, telling them to look at other platforms. They gaslight you by saying anyone looking for a real job wouldn't check Glassdoor.

The interview felt pretty relaxed. They asked me stuff about the job, like why I was interested in marketing and what specific areas of marketing I wanted to get into. It also felt like they were assessing if I was the right fit for the role I was going for.
