First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EBG.
Client Success Manager
I had one call with a recruiter and then they ghosted me. They never responded to an email or sent one saying I was denied. Salary was very uncompetitive at 85K which she said is non negotiable. If you’re reading this you have better options.
- Can you go over some KPIs?
Field Sales
It was a pretty standard interview process. I was initially rejected for the first role, but then they called me about two weeks later for a different job and title. They essentially offered me that second position right over the phone, and I accepted it. You can expect all the typical interview questions, and quite a few behavioral ones too. If you prep the night before, you'll be fine.
- Can you describe a time you handled a stressful situation from your previous job?
Account Executive
I had a Zoom interview with two managers. They asked about my experience and previous roles. We also talked about background and hobbies, the usual stuff. The managers were friendly and engaging. They wanted to make sure I was okay with the position being mostly remote and went over the job expectations in detail.
- If you were a salad, what topping would you be?
Marketing Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. Depending on how things go, you might get an assignment or it could all be covered on the call. First, there's a screening call, and then you'll meet with the stakeholders. The whole thing was virtual.
- Can you tell me about your working style?
