A third-party recruiting company reached out to me and prepped me for the role. First, I had a phone call with the hiring manager who asked about my background and experience, specifically about my experience in finance, hr, corporate communications, or legal. After that, I came onsite and met with three people: the hiring manager, a program lead, and another project manager. The recruiting company handled all communication outside of these meetings.
