Customer Service Representative
After you apply, they'll get back to you in about 4 days. First, you'll do an online assessment that's like a personality test where you say if you 'like a fast-paced environment' or not. This is with a typing test and basic skills test (math and grammar). If you pass, you'll do a self-recorded interview with about 8 questions. You get 2 retries per question and 3 mins to prep before recording. Be ready! Using the STAR method is a good idea because they ask 'Tell me about a time when....'. Then, you'll have a quick phone chat with your recruiter about what's next and schedule an interview with the hiring managers. This is where you talk to real people and need to 'sell yourself' by talking about yourself and shining. I had two hiring managers, which is normal (the recruiter will mention this). They asked about 5-6 'tell me about a time when...' questions, and the interview was about an hour. They also did a simple mock call where I used past experience to make it feel real. If you get through all this, you're hired! The whole thing took about 2 months from applying to getting hired, and that was over the holidays. The process is a bit different and has more steps than usual, but it's not hard, and it's worth it. Good luck!

So after I applied, the recruiter hit me up to do an assessment, which had some basic math and a typing test. The next day, I got an invite for a pre-recorded Q&A interview, with about 10 questions. After I sent that in, they scheduled a 45 min phone interview with the recruiter. They asked me some questions, and then told me more about the company, the job, and the pay/benefits. Then the recruiter scheduled my final interview with the hiring manager. They also emailed me more instructions for a background check, to take photos of my office space, and to do an internet speed test. I heard back about 3-4 days after the final interview, and got the official offer a week later. The whole thing felt a bit long, but the recruiter was super communicative and quick with updates. It took about 5 weeks total from applying to getting the offer.

Applied online and a few days later got an email to do a basic exam/typing test. The very next day, I was invited to do the HireVue video interview. This involved the system asking questions and recording my answers, including about 3-4 STAR questions and basic role expectations. No human interaction yet. After passing that, I received an email for the recruiter phone interview within a day or so. It was pretty relaxed, focusing on getting to know me and sharing details about the job. Then came the phone interview with two managers, which was the most formal part, asking several STAR questions. The whole process took me about 2-3 weeks. The background check starts after step 3. I get really nervous during interviews, but everyone was nice and helped me relax. It's a pretty standard process for this job. It might be a bit tough if you don't have prior customer service experience or aren't familiar with STAR questions. Knowing the role and preparing beforehand is super important!
