Applied online, got a call for an interview just a few hours later. Went in for the interview and sat with a manager who asked basic customer service questions, like what I'd do if a guest spilled something. They also asked about times I've shown leadership skills. I was asked to come back for a second interview the next day. The second interview was with the general manager, where we basically just went over contact information, and then the manager offered me the job!

I went in for a FOH position and after talking about my background, the interviewer insisted I interview for the cook position instead, which I didn't appreciate since I requested front of house. The interview was quite long and I felt really uneasy. The interviewer kept answering his phone, interrupted me a few times, and sometimes just ignored me. I was even offered the job I didn't even apply for! I didn't accept it because of this experience, especially since the interviewer only gave me his name and no information about his role.

I first applied online on their website, then they sent me an email asking for my availability for an interview. When I went in, I spoke with the operating director (who is also the store manager). I answered some basic questions, and they told me I got the job. After that, I just filled out some paperwork and went home. It was a really straightforward process.

First, I talked to two managers at PDQ. I spoke with a regular manager first, and then later with a higher-up manager at the company. They were really nice people and seemed genuinely interested in what they do.
