So at EasyVista, the interview process has four main parts. First, there's an HR interview, which is pretty typical, with standard questions and nothing too tricky. After that, you'll meet with the Sales Director. Since this person will be your day-to-day boss, it's really important to be practical and honest, make sure you clearly explain your strengths, and really listen to what they say about the job and what they expect. Then comes the COO interview. This is a really in-depth chat, but the COO makes it pretty comfortable and interesting. They focus on practical stuff, like your sales strategies and how you handle deals. It's also a good idea to show you're proactive, like mentioning how you set up client events or keep an eye on channel partners. Lastly, you'll have a chat with the CEO. This is more about the big picture strategy, where you need to show how your personal principles lead to real achievements. They usually ask about long-term plans, not so much about daily tasks, but be ready for some specific questions about how you deal with pushback.

It's simple and straightforward. We had two interviews. Specifically with HR and with the managers for the position. The HR interview aims to understand your profile, your needs as an intern, and your interest in the company. The interview with the managers aims to assess your theoretical and/or technical knowledge; they are also interested in your professional project and your motivations. We will also have explanations on the missions of the position and your values.

Had interviews with line managers individually, then one with the CEO. The final round involved everyone together. It was a lengthy but positive experience with a great company. There was not much room to negotiate salary or terms.

The interview process has 3 steps: a very quick phone call with HR for general questions, an onsite meeting with the marketing manager to discuss soft and hard skills, and a video call with the event manager focusing on soft and hard skills. The stages are easy, but there's no feedback if you're not selected.
