First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EasyKnock.
Accounts Payable Specialist
The interview process was super chill. It had three parts: first, a chat with the recruiter, then I met with my supervisor and a co-worker, and finally, the department head. They asked about my skills and I had an Excel test. It all took about an hour and a half.
- Have you worked remotely before?
Data Analyst
I went through 3 rounds. First was a recruiter screening and a behavioral interview. Then I had a hiring manager round where I was given a case study. The last round was with the leadership team, I talked to the Director of Product.
- Can you walk me through a data analysis project you were involved in?
Financial Analyst
The first step was a quick 10-minute phone call with recruitment to chat about some behavioral stuff. Next, I had a 15-minute phone chat with the CEO, where we went over my background and skills. The last part was an in-person meeting with the CIO that lasted about an hour. We talked about the company's operations, my specific abilities, how I could contribute, and what I hoped to gain from the internship.
- How can you help our company?
- Can you tell me about your background and skills?
- What are your thoughts on our businesses?
Sales Executive
I applied online and got an automated rejection email. I replied asking for feedback, and the recruiter contacted me to schedule a call. The recruiter call lasted about 30 minutes, and she wanted me to speak with the head of sales. The head of sales call was supposed to be 30 minutes but went over an hour. He thought I would be a good fit and discussed a potential start date. He then wanted me to speak with a current Sales Executive. I spoke with them for over half an hour. After a few days of no response, I followed up via email and received the same canned rejection email. I reached out to the recruiter and head of sales for feedback but never heard back. The whole process felt disorganized and uncaring.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
