Bartender
It was a very simple and easy process, just the usual stuff. They wanted to know if you work hard, are easy to get along with, and if you have experience. Punctuality is important, and they need someone willing to work hard, but mainly they need experience.
- Are you someone who works hard?
Server
The interview process was super easy and quick. I sent over my resume via email and then got an interview set up for the very next day. It was a pretty chill but still professional chat. They seemed to really care about finding someone who would fit in with the team vibe. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you share an instance where you had to resolve a conflict at work and describe your approach?
Baker
It was a fun stage that gave a good idea of the daily tasks of a baker. The managers were nice and would accept a job if offended. I learned things I can use in the future and what I need to improve on.
- Can you tell me about your experience with baking?
Baker
I met with the General Manager initially, then I did a half-shift stage in the bakery to show them what I can do. Both parts were fun and I enjoyed demonstrating my baking.
- I was asked to do a stage.
