First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eastridge Workforce Solutions.
Program Manager
I've had several interview experiences with Eastridge Workforce Solutions for different roles. I talked to many senior leaders, and each time it was a long process with changing expectations and repeated assessments. It took a lot of time for the roles we talked about. One time, they offered me a job with pay much lower than the market rate for the work and experience needed. I know others got similar low offers. The long interview and low offers were frustrating and made me question the role leveling, pay strategy, and overall candidate experience. It would be better if they were upfront about salary ranges earlier on. My advice to management is to be clear about the job scope and pay ranges from the start, make the interviews shorter, and make offers that match the market. Paying competitively is key to getting and keeping good people and looking credible.
- Can you provide examples of specific questions related to the position and situation?
- Were there situation-specific questions asked?
- Did they ask position-specific questions?
Payroll Specialist
The interview process was characterized by very friendly and open communication. It was conducted via Zoom and was well-organized. There were 3 people present besides myself, and the interviewers were very lax and easy to talk to, allowing for a natural conversation.
- Tell me about a time you were in a difficult situation.
- How do you handle adapting to different situations?
Team Leader
The interviews are dynamic and you don't take long to find out if you were accepted. They ask questions about the company's DNA (you have to understand what they do and how they do it, Fernanda explained this point very well and was a great help). The process consists of 3 interviews: recruiter, Manager, and a VP. In my case, it was a very human experience and I loved their DNA.
- Could you tell me about the company's values and which aspect of its DNA resonated most with you?
Life Science Recruiter
I got an email from a recruiter about a phone interview that was scheduled for the next day. She said she would present my information to the hiring managers. I never heard back. I followed up with her, and she finally responded nearly two weeks later saying they were looking for someone with a Life Science degree. Definitely study the website thoroughly before your phone interview. If you're not an expert, they won't move forward. The recruiter was nice, but I didn't appreciate that she didn't email me first to let me know they passed on my candidacy.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
- What were the metrics you achieved in your previous role?
- In what ways does your past experience connect with the life science industry?
