Had an hr and technical round, then we talked about salary negotiation within the week. They asked about my current job profile and responsibilities. They conveyed their expectations and inquired about my family background and recent achievements.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and after about 3 weeks, HR reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. Two weeks later, I had a 1-hour phone interview with the hiring manager where we discussed my work experience. A week after that, I got an email with date options for an in-person interview at HQ. The hiring manager sent more details, including a requirement to prepare a 30-minute presentation about myself, my work history, and my interest in joining Eastman. I researched Eastman's culture and tailored my presentation to show how my past experiences aligned. The interview started with me delivering this presentation to the hiring manager and three other managers. Following that, two managers conducted a 1-hour behavioral interview focusing on my experience. The final hour was with the hiring manager and her manager, who also asked behavioral questions. Three days later, the hiring manager emailed to say she'd told HR to extend an offer, and I'm now waiting for it.

First I had a phone interview with HR to go over my resume and talk about expectations. Then, a second phone interview with the team I would be joining, which was pretty much a casual chat. After that, there were two on-site interviews. The first one was with some managers, and the second one was with some of the people I'd be working with day-to-day. The first on-site was more about seeing if I was a good personality fit, and the second one focused more on my actual skills for the job.
