The first step was a recruiter call which went well. I was already pretty far along in the process with another company and decided not to continue with any further interviews here.

Behavioral

I talked to a recruiter at a career fair, and they reached out a couple weeks later. They set me up for an interview but scheduled it for the wrong day, so we had to reschedule last minute. The interview itself was about an hour long and focused on behavioral questions like why I want to work there and where I'd prefer to live. I heard back from them two weeks after that.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty good and not too tough. It started with an on-campus interview that included standard behavioral questions. After that, a few candidates were invited to the plant for an onsite interview. The onsite experience was great, and we got to tour the very large plant. There was also a case study and two more behavioral interviews. We had a nice lunch and a decent hotel was provided, with all expenses covered. Overall, it was a positive experience.
