Administrative Assistant
The company uses third parties, and the salary offered is unfair. There isn't much of a career plan or development opportunities compared to full-time employees. The workload is heavy, and there are not many benefits for a contractor; even the PC settings are different from full-time employees. Senior management needs improvement.

Office Administrator
It was a full day of interviews. There was a panel interview with four managers from different departments, followed by a tour of the facility. Then, I had three one-on-one interviews with direct reports and lunch with the larger team. Finally, I gave a presentation on the overall company.

Administrative
The interview process includes several stages: first, a recruiter call, then a technical test, followed by an in-person or virtual interview, and finally a round with HR. The whole process from application to offer can take some time. The interviews can be in different formats, like a panel discussion, one-on-one, behavioral, or technical.
