I had an interview with two people that lasted about an hour. They mostly asked me about myself and technology. They didn't ask many questions about my resume, but focused more on how I would fit into their company. There were no specific coding questions.

After chatting with Eastman at my school's job fair, I got a phone interview. It was mostly basic questions about my resume, and then I got to ask them about the company. Following that, they offered me an on-site interview. The day before, I went to dinner with a staff member and another person interviewing. On interview day, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to Eastman. We did a tour of the building first, and then I had about an hour to learn more about the company while the other candidate interviewed. The actual interview was a panel with four employees, where they asked about my resume projects and my interests. They also asked behavioral questions to gauge my skills.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved an initial phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting on the same day with both management and technical staff. The overall vibe was pretty relaxed, and the interviewers seemed more interested in getting to know me personally than testing my technical skills. There weren't any tricky technical questions; it was more about discussing my past work experience.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you tell us something about yourself?
  • Have you had any experience working with xyz technology?
