The interview process was pretty straightforward and friendly, felt transparent. I got a well-structured tour of the facility, seeing all the reactor bays and nearby areas. I also met with people from the department who knew their stuff. I chatted with three people with varying experience levels (5-51 years) and then had a quick 10-minute talk with a technical manager before we wrapped up the tour and I left.

I interviewed and got the job. Met with several people. They were nice and all. Asked me lits of questions and I gave answers. Eventually they ran out of questions and I ran out of answers.

Had two phone screenings with the hiring manager and HR. Then, a 4-hour virtual interview via Microsoft Teams, which served as an online substitute for an onsite interview. This included a 1-hour presentation with Q&A, a 1-hour panel interview with team members, and a 15-minute individual interview with two managers. The atmosphere was very friendly and familial. The discussions covered my understanding of the company, my experience with chemical processes, and some behavioral questions. I felt it went well and was told I'd hear back in a couple of weeks, but unfortunately, no offer was extended.

It started with a Tele-Screen with TA, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a session with Business Support for the team, and finally a meeting with the VP/General Manager. All these were done over the phone and went well, as I advanced. On the day I was supposed to hear back, the hiring manager was let go. Several weeks later, after a replacement manager was hired, I was passed over despite knowing the channel, product, services, and internal processes. I found out through contacts. Kodak TA or HM never contacted me, which was extremely disappointing. I still wish them luck growing their business, as it's a great product with a strong story of innovation relevant to today's business challenges.
