Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, HR called to ask about my background and then scheduled an interview. I interviewed with the MKT director and the company owner. It was a very open interview, not typical. After I introduced myself, they asked about my past roles and experience. Then they let me ask a lot of questions about their business.

Behavioral

The interview process is pretty standard with common questions. However, it's a bit unrealistic that they require a bachelor's degree for a sales position. The manager seems to favor Vietnamese candidates and discriminate against other races. They prioritize Vietnamese applicants even if you have experience and fully match the job description.
