I had two interviews, first a phone one, then an in-person one at a hiring event. They both lasted about an hour, and the in-person one went into more detail about the same topics. They were mostly interested in my experience with kids, both neuro-typical and on the spectrum. They said that personal experience is really important for this job, and you don't necessarily need professional experience, though it's a plus!

I had a phone screen with the recruiter first. Then, I went in for an on-site interview. It was a panel interview with three hiring managers. They started by introducing themselves and the role. Then, there was a 15-minute written assessment with scenario questions about data analysis. After that, we discussed my answers. The interview ended with them asking some standard questions. The whole thing lasted about an hour. The interview experience was pretty disappointing, especially how they treated me regarding my degree. They seemed confused about my qualifications even though my degree was listed as desired. They thought I was changing careers and didn't match the role. I didn't get an offer, but they did suggest I apply for a Case Manager position, which didn't seem like a fit for my background at all. It was frustrating they didn't understand my degree and then referred me to a different type of job.

Applied online via the Easter Seals website. Got a call from a recruiter within days. The phone interview was about 30 mins long, and I guess I did good 'cause they offered me an in-person interview right then. Interviewed face-to-face with the senior clinical manager at their main San Jose office.
