Behavioral Technical

Had a 1 hour screener call which was then followed by a 1 hour panel interview. They asked normal questions about my resume and past experience. Then the panel moved on to talk about start dates, compensation, projects I'm interested in, and the work environment. It felt like they really liked me! But then I was ghosted and they've re-posted the job multiple times and rejected other applicants. It really feels like they're messing with people. Be careful!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, a quick chat with HR, then a long interview session that lasted about 2.5 hours. I met with four people from the ERG team. I also had to give a technical presentation for about twenty minutes. They also asked me to submit a technical writing sample and answer some behavioral questions. They gave us some guidelines for the writing sample and presentation.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview process started with a phone screen. After that, I had a 3-hour interview that involved presenting a report I had worked on. I spent days preparing for this presentation. While the interview felt long, it passed quickly. I'm frustrated because it seemed like a good interview and they were responsive, but then I got ghosted. I had never presented for an interview before and honestly, I think it's a waste of time.

The interview process involved a couple of days of in-person interviews. Day one was a casual dinner to get to know the company and discuss the role. Day two kicked off with a breakfast chat, followed by formal one-on-one meetings at the office. After a group presentation by the candidate before lunch, there was a group lunch, and then the final interviews happened in the afternoon.
