Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through 4 rounds of interviews with Eastbanc Technologies. First, I met the CTO. Then, the following week, I met with a project manager and the director of Marketing. A few days after that, I met with the head of HR and the CEO. We went into detail about my professional history, my portfolio, and how my role impacted previous companies. They focused on my teamwork, my positioning within a team, and how I handle client work.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was professional and welcoming. It began with the marketing director learning about my background and personal information, followed by her sharing details about the company. Then, I was asked about my relevant experience. Finally, I had the opportunity to ask my own questions. The team then conferred with the CEO to assess my suitability for the role. Subsequently, I received and accepted an offer. It was a smooth and efficient process.

Behavioral Coding

HR reached out, and I thought it would be an HR interview, but it turned out to be technical. They asked some questions and then threw in a live coding session without any heads-up. The interviewers seemed unprepared, asking me questions while they fumbled to set up their code exercise. One of them was even late. They told me it was a mid-level role, but then rejected me saying I wasn't senior enough for what they needed.
