The first interview was about a 30 min wait and a 5 min in person conversational view. Essentially, if you look professional, you'll move to the second round. The second 'interview' is 12 hours long, where you'll spend a full day closely with your manager to experience what working there is like. Essentially, you'll work as an infinity sales rep in a Walmart, and dressing professionally with heels was definitely not a good idea.

I got a call from a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed, though I never applied for this specific job and they didn't really explain what the role was. The office is shared by several businesses and is hard to find because it's not well-marked, and they all share the same secretary. They asked me to bring a paper copy of my resume, but then had me fill out a form that just repeated my resume. I ended up waiting about 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. The interviewer spent most of the 10 minutes talking about how great the company is, using buzzwords like 'promote from within' and 'fortune 500,' and barely asked about my background. I was invited for a second interview, which supposedly involves 'shadowing' someone for 6 hours. This seems like a way to get 6 hours of free labor. I'll be declining the offer. Next time, I'll check Glassdoor reviews first.

I sent in my resume online, and they got back to me for an onsite interview. I was asked to bring a copy of my resume, complete some paperwork, and then I met with one of the managers. Later, I was contacted for a job shadow, which was pretty much an all-day thing. After the job shadow, we had to fill out a questionnaire, and then another interview happened.

Started with a quick chat to go over your background and some general knowledge questions. Then you had to do a practical exercise to show how you would handle the job and test your business sense. Finally, there was a last interview to see if you were a good fit for the role.
