I got a call for a phone interview about two weeks after I applied. They told me when I'd hear back about their decision, which was less than two weeks. Even though I didn't get the job, the hiring manager was really upfront about why I wasn't the right fit, even though I was pretty qualified. I appreciated that honesty.
