I've applied to a bunch of jobs at ESU over the last year, and while I got an interview for all five, the interviewers were never from HR, but from the department hiring. Unfortunately, after the last three final interviews, I was ghosted. For the most recent one, I followed up after two weeks and then again a month later, only to find out HR was supposed to have told me they passed on me and reposted the job. I'm guessing that's what happened with the other two ghosted roles too. My friends who work there are happy, but ESU's HR communication seems really bad.

I had 2 rounds of interview with 2 people on the panel for each round. They asked me about my previous job responsibilities and a few technical questions. They then called my previous job place to ask about me. After that, they offered me the acceptance letter along with the scholarship. It was a very good experience.

They didn't call when they said they would, and they didn't follow the procedure they scheduled. Three hours later, I got an email saying they picked someone else. They probably already had the job filled when they interviewed me. It was a total waste of my time.

The hiring process was really fast and completed in a single day. I had the chance to interact with everyone in the department, the dean of the college, and the provost. A lunch was arranged with the faculty members. Additionally, I was given a tour of the campus and the surrounding area.
