It was a pretty easy process overall, though some clearer instructions would have been helpful. Everyone was really nice and answered questions readily, but they could have been a bit quicker with responses once an offer was extended.

The whole process took over two months, and I was the one chasing them for updates. My first interview had the interviewer not show up. We rescheduled, and I moved to a second interview. The second interviewer blindly scheduled a meeting time without confirming with me, and I wasn't available. My attempts to reach out and reschedule were ignored for over a week, even though I was the one trying to coordinate. They finally responded to a proposed time. The interview itself was fine, but I was ghosted after that. They never contacted me again after saying a decision would be made within two weeks. In today's world where we compete with AI, have the professionalism to pick up the phone sometimes. Respect people's time.

So first you apply and then there are quizzes. Based on your scores, you might get selected for one-way video interviews. After those are reviewed, there's a two-week period where you need to make sure you have all your equipment set up and finish 20 CE classes and exams. It's a really detailed process where you learn a ton about the company. Just so you know, you're an independent contractor, so none of this is paid, and there are startup costs because you're basically running your own business.
