Environmental Education Manager
The interview process was fine. It had two rounds. Everyone was kind and the process was efficient. They asked typical interview questions, including questions about management techniques and background. This interview was about a year ago.
- Can you describe your management experience?
Project Manager
It was a simple one-stage interview with lots of PM questions about my knowledge, experience, and skills. They gave me use case scenarios too. The environment was friendly and nice. They even provided parking.
- Discuss your understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Can you share an example of a previous project challenge and what you did to address it?
Expedition Advisor
So I applied online and then got an email for a quick chat. The person was nice and asked some basic questions about my background. After that, they emailed me to come into the office to meet the hiring manager. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward, not too tough, but they felt really scripted, like they were reading from a book, which made me wonder about the company vibe. I heard back two weeks later, and they said I was good, but they picked someone else who had non-profit experience.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error at work and how you handled it?
Experiential Learning
I applied online and they called to schedule an interview. Since I was at university, we set up an interview over Skype. I talked to two people who were very friendly and laid back. It lasted about 40 minutes and the questions they asked were pretty standard. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
- Can you share an example of a time you had a disagreement with a colleague and how you resolved it?
