Behavioral Technical

So I applied online and then got an email for a quick chat. The person was nice and asked some basic questions about my background. After that, they emailed me to come into the office to meet the hiring manager. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward, not too tough, but they felt really scripted, like they were reading from a book, which made me wonder about the company vibe. I heard back two weeks later, and they said I was good, but they picked someone else who had non-profit experience.

I applied online and they called to schedule an interview. Since I was at university, we set up an interview over Skype. I talked to two people who were very friendly and laid back. It lasted about 40 minutes and the questions they asked were pretty standard. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
