Specialist
It was pretty simple. First round was with HR, asking very general scope questions. The second round was with somebody from the team, who went more into questions related to the role and the work you would be doing.

Manager
The hiring process involves interviews with both the HR Director and the hiring manager. Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory for all employees. Candidates who are not selected are generally not contacted, but successful applicants are informed promptly and onboarded as soon as possible.

Family Support Advocate
It was a panel interview and overall it was a good interview, they asked basic questions. They didn't really ask many questions about my job history. There was a long questionnaire with ethical questions about the company, and after the interview, I was given another ethical question to give to the HR manager.
- Would you be comfortable driving in diverse neighborhoods?
- Would you answer some ethical questions regarding the company?
- I have one more ethical question for you to give to the HR manager.
Contract Specialist
It was a good and fast process over zoom. I had two interviews, and someone else was interviewing at the same time. There were 11 questions about my skills and how I would deal with different situations.
