The interview process was super thorough! It started with an application, then a phone interview, followed by a video interview. After that, there were several parts to the in-person interview. Part 1 was with the same folks from the video call. Part 2 involved an activity where I interacted with faculty and staff who asked me questions. Part 3 was a phone interview with someone who was remote. Part 4 was a bit different, with students interviewing me during lunch. Part 5 included a campus tour, and Part 6 was a wrap-up session with final questions. It was definitely one of the most extensive interview processes I've been through.
