The interview was great and very direct. It focused more on my character and personality rather than asking a lot of unnecessary questions. I got the impression they prioritize finding someone who fits their company culture, which suggests they value their employees. They seemed to be looking for a good cultural fit over just someone who is book smart.

I had a phone interview where they asked me a few questions. Then, I had a short in-person interview, mostly about my past jobs. They were good at answering my questions about the company. I got hired within a few days.

Reached out to the Social Media Manager after a connection and had a virtual interview scheduled within a few days. It went well, but it's been about a week and I haven't heard back, so I assume I didn't get the role, but I wish they would have let me know either way.

I chatted with a really friendly recruiter who then set me up with the Director of Training. The plan was for an online interview, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes on the portal and nobody showed. I reached out to the recruiter, and then the Director called me. We did a phone interview, and she mentioned bringing me in for another interview by the end of that week or the next. But, I never heard back from them, and that was six weeks ago. It could have been simple mix-ups, but it definitely gives off vibes of being disorganized and not really caring.
