Project Manager
I have a lot of experience interviewing and I don't even want to interview here. When I arrived, the top boss (maybe the CTO?) falsely claimed to not have my application and a test I had already completed from a previous interview round. The questions, which didn't allow calculators, were logic-based, presumably to assess problem-solving skills. He had me answer four questions on the spot and then blamed me for not looking up the answers, even though I told him I had done so right after the previous interview. He insulted me multiple times, saying things like "I wasn't that smart." Even if that were true, there are more polite ways to express it. He consistently insulted me and disliked any attempts to correct him or clarify a question. It seems that people in positions of power sometimes let it get to their heads, and this individual took it way too far. I feel like I dodged a bullet, and I'm thankful to Marissa from HR for reaching out and apologizing. The company itself might be great, but I don't want to work for someone who belittles their employees.

Assistant
The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a skills test, and then two in-person interviews. This whole process took a very long time, and it seemed like the staff wasn't communicating well. The recruiter would tell me to follow up at a certain time, but then later say there was no response, even months later. One of the interviewers mentioned not liking her colleagues when asked. During the interviews, an executive asked an illegal question, so be aware of that. The company appears extremely disorganized and erratic. One of the questions asked was how I handle working for two individuals who don't communicate, given that the executives tend to keep information from each other. On a positive note, the director of training was quite pleasant.

Support Staff
Don’t bother interviewing here. The place is a joke. They think their interview questions are clever, but they’re all over Google. If you’re lucky enough to get to an interview with their ‘executives,’ you’ll spend over half your time listening to the ramblings of the most unprofessional executive I’ve ever met. It’s also obvious they want one person to do the job of five. Interview if you want to listen to stories and be interrupted by random thoughts, otherwise, stay away.

Director of Subscriber Services
First, I had a phone chat with the HR Manager. Then, I had one-on-one in-person meetings with top executives (C-suite). During these conversations, I got a clear picture of how the business works and where I could really make an impact. It was also confirmed that Subscriber Services is a major focus.
