I was asked to interview for all 3 case management positions I applied for. I turned down the first one but went through with the interviews for the other two roles over a few months. For both of those jobs, I got invited back for a second round. But then, after the second interview for both, they just ghosted me with no updates, even after I sent follow-up emails. It seems like this is a company-wide problem because it happened with two different roles. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with them again.

The interview process was pretty quick, especially since I'd interviewed with this agency before. So it was just one interview and then they emailed me saying they wanted to move forward with hiring. I met with five interviewers over Zoom for about an hour.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a face to face meeting with the Director. They asked me standard questions about my qualifications and went over my resume. They explained the duties of the position and asked how my experience relates to it. We also did a tour of the facility and they explained what a typical day in the position looks like.

The interview experience was quite disappointing. Of the 45 minutes I was there, only 10 minutes were actually spent on the interview itself. The staff wasn't friendly and the overall atmosphere felt depressing, making it hard to imagine how they could inspire youth in a place I was eager to leave after just half an hour. While I wouldn't call it a complete waste of time since I need the interview experience after a long tenure at a previous job, I definitely wouldn't work there even if offered a high salary.
