First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at E4H Architecture.
Architectural Designer
The interview process was really smooth and professional. I had two main interviews with different teams. The first one was more of a personal get-to-know-you session, focusing on my past experience. The second interview was more in-depth and technical, covering my software skills and drafting abilities.
- Could you describe a typical day in your professional life?
Associate
The interview process was really smooth and everyone was friendly. The interviewers were open and willing to answer questions and hear my thoughts. They were honest about how the company operates and supports its staff. The company has a pretty cool diversity initiative.
- What are your career aspirations and what do you hope to gain from this role?
Project Accountant
Applied for the role and got a request for a phone screen about four months later. The phone screener and I had a really good chat. She mentioned they were looking to hire multiple people and I should expect to hear back in 1-2 weeks if I advanced. It took nearly three weeks for me to follow up, and then another three weeks have passed with no response or even a rejection email.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working for E4H?
Project Associate
We started with intros, then went over my school portfolio, internships, and the skills I've picked up. After that, I shared my internship experiences and talked about how I drafted construction document sets. Finally, I got to ask my questions.
- Are you a quick study, given that the healthcare practice is a fast-paced environment?
