Reached out to people on LinkedIn and was invited to their DTLA office to meet with the regional president and vice president. The interview was 30 minutes and mostly asked about my previous experiences. After waiting 3 weeks, they called saying they didn't have work for me at the moment but wanted me on board, pending contractee approval to add me to the billable roster. I called again after another 3 weeks and was told the contract was cancelled and no position was available. I spent 1.5 months trying to get feedback.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and pretty soon after, I had a phone screen. Then I had an onsite interview in Richland, WA with some senior folks. They said E2 Consulting is a good company and they help contractors find new roles when their contract ends. The interview seemed to go well, but then I was told I didn't get the job because the client wanted someone with 'Hanford experience', even though it was just a preference in the ad.

The interview process was pretty good. It began with a phone screen, then a technical assessment, and finally a deep dive interview with the hiring manager and team. It felt like they were testing different things at each step, which was thorough but also moved along well.

  • Asked technical questions regarding SQL and databases.
  • Asked behavioral questions related to my resume.
