Interviewed for an internship right out of college. They asked for situational examples from previous professional job experiences, but I couldn't answer well because I had no previous professional experience.

I interviewed with about 10 different people at the company. The process was pretty straightforward and I felt relaxed, like they wanted me to be myself. I thought I left on a good note and felt good about the job. A week later, I sent a follow-up email but got no response. Thinking it might have gotten lost, I emailed the same HR contact again a week later, and still no response. After another week, I emailed a different HR person and still nothing. It was pretty upsetting because I'd rather get a 'no' than just be ignored. I still have no idea what happened.

I was reached out to via my university JobMate account and they set up an interview on campus. Before that, there was an info session to tell us about the company, and we could ask general questions people usually have. There were not many people interviewed. The interview itself wasn't hard, but they do ask what you learned at the info session, about your previous internships, and want to learn about you. It felt like a very chill interview.

Met on campus at a job fair and was excited after talking to a recruiter. After a follow up phone interview I was asked to come down for the day to meet with several managers. After getting there I realized its in the middle of no where and was not impressed with the office or the personal. I believe I only got an offer to help diversify the company.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Asked a lot of the same basic questions by each manager.
