I went through a bunch of interviews, I think it was six in total for me. They did offer me a different job partway through though, so it felt like I did three rounds for each position. The questions were pretty standard and not too hard, but having so many interview rounds was exhausting.

It's a 3-step process and they ghost you at any point. The interview process is really strange. The director of HR talks a lot about the company's growth or lack thereof.

I talked with HR first and then the manager for the research department. They asked general interview questions. HR called me back and offered me a different job as an assistant to the associate publisher. I accepted the job but the office vibe was not great, it was stale and cold. My boss also had communication problems, especially since she was traveling a lot. My coworkers were nice but the place just lacked warmth.
