I interviewed with AIP, E-One's parent company, twice before. Then I had an interview with an E-one employee at the AIP "Super Saturday" event. After that, I was invited to Ocala, FL to visit E-One. The interview there was pretty laid-back and I learned a lot about what they do. They mostly talked about their day-to-day work to see if I'd be a good fit for the company.

It was traditional and enjoyable, with super nice people. First, there was a phone screen by the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager via video. After that, I met with another partner and had a site visit where I toured the facility and got to meet the team.
