First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at E-ONE.
Mechanical Engineer
I interviewed with AIP, E-One's parent company, twice before. Then I had an interview with an E-one employee at the AIP "Super Saturday" event. After that, I was invited to Ocala, FL to visit E-One. The interview there was pretty laid-back and I learned a lot about what they do. They mostly talked about their day-to-day work to see if I'd be a good fit for the company.

Human Resources Specialist
I applied online, then got an email for a telephone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview where they covered my mileage. The final interview was with plant managers, and they paid for an overnight stay and my mileage.

- What are your work ethics?
- What are you seeking in your next role?
Warehouse Worker
A few people from the business side were there and asked some good questions. They wanted to know about your background, experience, skill level, and what machines you've used.

- What experience do you have?
- What is your skill level?
Human Resources Business Partner
It was traditional and enjoyable, with super nice people. First, there was a phone screen by the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager via video. After that, I met with another partner and had a site visit where I toured the facility and got to meet the team.
