Working Student
So first thing is submitting my CV and cover letter online. Then there was a virtual interview with the hiring team, then a take-home task or case study, and the last step was an on-site interview at the company.
- What is your motivation for joining E.ON?
- Do you have any technical questions?
Working Student
After submitting my application, I got a response within 2 days. Shortly after, we had an online meeting. A few days later, there was a feedback conversation where I received the offer.
- Why are you interested in this position/department?
- How do you handle specific situations?
Working Student
It started with a 10-minute phone interview, followed by a 1-hour online interview. They asked both behavior and technical questions, including a case study or an Excel assessment. The overall interview process was alright, but I didn't get any updates even after sending a follow-up email.
- Basic behavior question
- Technical question (case study or excel assessment)
