Got very little info before the interview. During the interview itself, it felt all over the place – we moved rooms, there wasn't really an intro, and the questions they asked didn't seem to match up with my application and CV. It was kind of messy.

Behavioral Technical

This was a competency-based interview. They used a set of EON competencies, which are available online. It was a very structured interview process, and there wasn't much flexibility to go off-topic or ask leading questions. The interviewer didn't seem very engaged.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was an introductory meeting to discuss motivation and background. The second round involved 3 case studies: 2 focused on professional consulting cases and 1 on leadership style. Overall, it was a very positive experience with personal and authentic conversations and interactions. The team and directors were great, and they were accommodating of personal circumstances, both before, during, and after the interviews. The compensation is fair, and the prospect of moving into a line role (if desired) is attractive.
