Had a phone interview with some regular competency questions, a few technical ones and some situational judgement too. After that, there was an assessment centre with 3 activities: a presentation, a competency-based interview, and a role-play activity. In each activity, it was just me and 2 interviewers who would ask questions.

I had a quick phone screen with HR in Texas, then met the hiring manager in person in San Francisco. The job wasn't super clear beforehand, and I wasn't sure what they were looking for exactly. It was a pretty short and loose chat.
