Customer Service Advisor
You start with an online application or if you get referred by someone. Then there's a call from the agents (manpower) mostly about E.on and STAR process. After that, you have an in-house interview at E.on, which is really focused on great customer service, and they want examples. Finally, there's a phone interview that's a bit tougher where they ask for more examples of customer service. The examples can be repeated.
- Tell me about a time you experienced great customer service and explain why you felt it was great.
- Can you share examples of when you've provided excellent customer service?
- Can you provide further examples of customer service experiences?

Started with a quick call from the recruitment agency, then I had an interview with two managers. They asked the usual stuff like telling them about myself and my future plans. After that, I was told to wait for the recruitment agency to get in touch.
- Can you describe a time you had to handle an angry customer, including the specific situation and your actions?
Customer Service Advisor
I had a telephone interview first with Manpower, who are the agents. After passing that, I had one more interview with Manpower, and then an interview with the E.ON manager. I passed both of those and then got the offer.
- What attracts you to working for E.ON?
