Case Behavioral

It was a three-round interview process with three interviewers, each session lasting about an hour. The interviews were either online or in-person, and there was also a casual chat with someone who currently works there. Two of the interviews were case interviews, and one was more personal.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview started with a brief company introduction, which was part of the first interview due to the current circumstances. In total, there were three interviews: two in the morning (first round) and potentially another in the afternoon (second round if the first round was successful). There were ample breaks in between and a relaxed lunch with a consultant. Final feedback was given at the end of the day. All three interviews were typical for consulting: first, a personal fit interview, then a case study. The case studies were all based on real projects related to the energy sector. (Tip: If you lack industry experience, research it beforehand! As a business major, I spent several days studying the energy topic, which was incredibly helpful for the cases!)

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview was a good experience overall. The hiring process felt organized and professional. I got invited to interview quickly, and talking with the company was always friendly and clear. The interview itself was in a nice setting. The interviewers were ready, asked good questions, and took their time to answer my questions. I especially liked that they focused not just on my technical skills, but also on my personality and why I want this job. Maybe they could have been clearer about what happens next after the interview. But I felt valued and got a good sense of the company. So, I'd say the hiring process at EON was professional and fair.
