I started with a phone call where I made sure to speak clearly and confidently, having my resume and some company notes ready. The interviewer asked about my background and experiences, and I highlighted achievements relevant to the job. I also asked about the next steps to show interest. Then, I had an interview with the Manager where I was prepared for a detailed discussion. I dressed professionally and had questions about the company culture and team. I shared examples of past challenges, focusing on my problem-solving skills and adaptability, and also assessed if the company was a good fit for me. Finally, I received a task. I carefully read the instructions, broke it down into steps, and set a timeline. I reached out for clarification if anything was unclear and approached the task methodically, showcasing my technical skills and problem-solving approach, making sure to meet deadlines. Throughout all stages, I aimed to be genuine and personable, as interviews are about qualifications and team fit.
