Business Analyst
After I applied, HR did a CV sift and then I got an interview. The whole process took about two stages and involved an analytical exercise and a competency-based interview.
- Could you share an instance where you successfully implemented change?
Business Analyst
I started with a phone call where I made sure to speak clearly and confidently, having my resume and some company notes ready. The interviewer asked about my background and experiences, and I highlighted achievements relevant to the job. I also asked about the next steps to show interest. Then, I had an interview with the Manager where I was prepared for a detailed discussion. I dressed professionally and had questions about the company culture and team. I shared examples of past challenges, focusing on my problem-solving skills and adaptability, and also assessed if the company was a good fit for me. Finally, I received a task. I carefully read the instructions, broke it down into steps, and set a timeline. I reached out for clarification if anything was unclear and approached the task methodically, showcasing my technical skills and problem-solving approach, making sure to meet deadlines. Throughout all stages, I aimed to be genuine and personable, as interviews are about qualifications and team fit.

Business Analyst
I applied online. Then they had me do a phone call that was about 45 minutes long. They asked me about why I wanted to join the team, but they also wanted me to be better at programming.
- What motivated you to apply for this specific role?
- Can you tell me about your programming abilities?
- What led you to choose this industry for your professional journey?
