Had a first remote interview, and then a second in-person one where I got to see the whole production process and chat with employees and management to learn more.

Technical Behavioral

I had a first technical interview that lasted 2 hours and it was a pleasure with who would be my immediate manager and the higher-ups. Immediately the next day they called me for the in-person interview also with HR, which was a disaster. That meeting left a lot to be desired professionally, where personal matters that are not relevant were questioned, like if I wanted to be a mother among other things. They really muddled the situation from then on and emails with personal details of other employees even got leaked, which I ignored but it made clear to me the lack of professionalism of the whole company, culturally I ran away. A real disappointment after that ideal first technical encounter.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Would you want to be a mother?
  • Would you be willing to lower your purchasing power?
  • Would you be willing to work far away (30min, a situation similar to all my previous experiences) being a woman and close to an age where you might have children?

I first spoke with a recruitment agency, then I had two panel interviews with four people each. The first panel included the person currently in the role, a key business partner, the HR manager, and the recruiter. The second panel consisted of the CEO, who would be my direct manager, and the same other people except for the recruiter.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • How do you approach collaboration?
  • What are your thoughts on cultural values?
  • Can you describe your leadership style?
