Merchandiser
The hiring process was really long and took months because they couldn't decide on the position or when they could hire. They gave a verbal offer, but then kept changing the responsibilities right up until the hiring date. I felt like I was given a lot of false hope and had to do a lot of waiting and proactive follow-ups. The leadership team really didn't have their act together. The job didn't end up working out in the long run.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience in merchandising?
Product Manager
It was a nice and professional interview process, about 30 to 45 minutes long. First, there was a computer test which was pretty easy. Then I spoke with the VP, who was very professional, and they asked me to explain my work experience. And that was it.
- Are you ready to face challenges?
- Can you elaborate on your past work experiences?
Assistant Designer
You'll first meet with a director, and if you get through that, you'll meet the whole team. You'll need to present your portfolio and answer general questions. Be prepared for a potential CAD test or a homework assignment to demonstrate your CAD proficiency.
- How proficient are you with CAD software?
- Could you describe your organizational abilities?
Web Designer
They just asked me a few simple questions and send me a home test. But no one considers my international background, and desired salary. After I got offer, low salary they offered really surprised me... I wanted to negotiate with HR and she consented it, however no one replied my email any more...
- Do you know how to code in HTML and CSS?
