Software Engineer
I saw the job opening on LinkedIn and applied there. Then, someone messaged me directly on LinkedIn to schedule a call. It was pretty straightforward; they checked my availability and confirmed a time that worked.
- Can you tell me about your experience with algorithms, search algorithms, and sorting techniques? Also, how do you approach solving puzzles?
- What are your hobbies and how do you spend your past time? Can you share some examples of puzzle-solving you've done? Also, do you have any questions about my family?

Software Developer
There was only one technical round. I'm pretty sure the interviewer didn't have good technical knowledge. They asked 3 or 4 questions and then said I had passed the round.

Quality Analyst
I applied for a testing job at this company, which I think should be called 'IDIOT-Data experts' instead of 'e-data experts'. I wasted a full day's leave from my current employer for this. I was made to wait for almost an hour past the scheduled time. The interviewer was knowledgeable but lacked basic morals. He asked if I was capable of shifting internally between jobs and if I could handle multiple platforms, given my expertise in Java and Perl. It feels like they are looking for people who can do anything rather than actual talent.

Software Engineer
It's usually 2 technical rounds, and then HR.
