I saw the job opening on LinkedIn and applied there. Then, someone messaged me directly on LinkedIn to schedule a call. It was pretty straightforward; they checked my availability and confirmed a time that worked.

Technical

There was only one technical round. I'm pretty sure the interviewer didn't have good technical knowledge. They asked 3 or 4 questions and then said I had passed the round.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a testing job at this company, which I think should be called 'IDIOT-Data experts' instead of 'e-data experts'. I wasted a full day's leave from my current employer for this. I was made to wait for almost an hour past the scheduled time. The interviewer was knowledgeable but lacked basic morals. He asked if I was capable of shifting internally between jobs and if I could handle multiple platforms, given my expertise in Java and Perl. It feels like they are looking for people who can do anything rather than actual talent.
