& Process

The interviewers were very friendly. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I was called in for an HR interview. Finally, there was a management interview with the people who will be overseeing my work. The first round had general interview questions, and the second round was more action-based.

Applied online and got a call from HR for a quick phone screen about my resume and skills. Passed that and they set up interviews. First one was a quick Excel test on Find & Replace, Sort/Filter, and Pivot Tables, then an interview with two HR people asking basic resume/personality questions and about my Excel skills. Second interview was with HR and someone from sales, they gave more info on the sales dept and company culture, and asked deeper questions about my education and work history. Third was a casual meet and greet with an Account Executive, moderated by HR. Got more details on company structure, expectations, and my day-to-day tasks. Got an offer a few hours later that was 5k under the Glassdoor average. Tried to negotiate, but they wanted a decision by the next day, not the end of the week. Asked for benefits info, which they said they'd email with the offer letter. Instead, I got an email rescinding the offer, claiming they 'decided to go in a different direction' when I asked why. Seemed irrational to go through the whole process and then pull the offer over a negotiation or not giving me an extra day to think.

it was a panel interview and it went for about an hour. The vibe was super chill and i got a lot of time to answer things. The interviewers were interactive, taking notes and giving feedback. The questions really helped me show I was a seasoned sales pro, which helped me get the job.

You'll meet with 2-3 people at once. They'll ask about your background and want you to go over your resume in detail. Then, you'll do a basic Excel test, maybe 10 minutes. Using a pivot table is optional during the test.
