First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DyStar.
Executive
The hiring process was arranged through a headhunter. It involved three interview rounds with the direct manager, HR, and the executive team. All interviews were conducted face-to-face. Overall, it was a smooth process with acceptable questions.
- Why did you choose to leave your previous role?
Project Manager
The interview process was straightforward. You mainly talk about your past accomplishments, skills, and career aspirations. The interviewer was friendly and provided guidance throughout.
- Can you share your most significant achievement to date?
Quality Manager
I had in person interviews in an open conference room with multiple people. It seemed like a knowledgeable group that was open about what they were looking for in this position. After multiple rounds and phone calls with corporate, I got no feedback on the position. That's a pet peeve of mine...
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Quality Inspector
I got a call for an interview and it was professional, so they invited me for a second interview. A job offer came a few days later. I didn't take the job because I got paid more somewhere else. But the process was pretty good overall.
- What experience do you have?
