Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DynCorp International.
Warehouse Worker
The interview was really straightforward. They mainly wanted to understand my background and past experiences, and also to gauge my understanding of the specific role I applied for.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself, simply?
- Tell me about your background.
- What relevant experience do you have?
Warehouse Manager
You get an email from the company to set up a phone interview that lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. It's a one-on-one interview. For manager roles, there are two levels of interviews.
- Can you share an instance where you took the lead on a project and what happened as a result?
- How do you typically behave when you're in stressful situations?
- What's your approach to managing change?
Forklift Operator
I was lucky to get a job the same day I visited the DinCorp office in Tuzla. I met the recruiter R.R there, and she told me that DinCorp was looking for the position I had already applied for online. I had the interview the same day. I also had an English test. After two days, I received an offer letter, and within three weeks, I was on a plane to Dubai. Lucky? Yes.
- My experience in the sector is relevant and I have it, so I didn't face any difficulties.
