Behavioral Technical

It's a multi-step interview process to make sure you're a good fit. The application was super easy. First up was a phone interview, which was really chill and friendly. They even give you a guide for the interview process. A second interview was scheduled pretty quickly after, focusing more on behavioral and situational questions. If you don't get an offer right away but they thought you were a good candidate, you might be able to skip a step for another job opening within a couple of months, so don't give up!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process is longer than typical, including a phone screen, four separate team interviews with various executives, a written work sample, on-site testing, 5 professional references, and a "final" meeting before a job offer is presented. Scheduling and offer presentation were handled very pleasantly and professionally by the Talent Acquisition Manager. The interviews were generally relaxed and not intimidating. Since many of the professional roles are expansion vacancies, experience and confidence in establishing new processes and building/supporting work teams are important, along with a genuine desire to work in a culture-first, goal-oriented atmosphere.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an example of an innovative solution you implemented for a problem in your previous or current job?
  • Tell me about a time you approached a problem in your current or last role in an innovative way.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 60-minute phone interview, then an in-person with the President, CEO, VPs, and HR. There was also a lunch with the CEO and HR. After getting hired, I had more 'get to know me' time with my direct supervisor. They expect you to work 45+ hours per week and attend weekly leadership meetings. Being even a minute late is considered an incident. The company is very religious-based and hires for culture fit, specifically looking for white men aged 20-32 who are local, as they tend to hire younger women.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe your approach to managing pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling demands?
