Technical Operations
Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, it was pretty laid back. The guy was nice. Then went for an onsite where I got asked easy technical questions by a bunch of people who seemed unhappy with their jobs. Interviewed with 9 people total, 3 were remote. One of the remote guys was a director, he was smart but really erratic and hard to follow, tried to use his smarts to control the conversation. Seeing him as a director is a red flag, especially remote. Sent thank you notes and got an email back saying the job was moved to another department and wasn't available. You can find something better.

Software Engineer
I applied online and a recruiter called me about a week later to ask about my work authorization and its duration. Then, I had a Hangouts interview with a Principal Engineer from California who asked me questions about the required skills. After that, I was scheduled for an onsite interview with 6 developers. The overall company environment seemed good. Later, the recruiter called saying he got positive feedback from all interviews, but asked me to wait a couple of weeks because interviews were ongoing. When I followed up, he mentioned they were looking for H1B candidates, which felt like a waste of my time since he already knew about my work authorization status from the initial call.

Technical Support Engineer
I got referred by someone I knew, and they called me super fast, like within a couple days, for a really quick phone chat, maybe 5 minutes tops. The guy on the phone said I'd get an email with the details for the in-person interview. I got that email the same day, telling me who I'd meet and when. When I showed up, one person couldn't make it, so I ended up talking to someone already in the role, which was actually pretty cool to get a feel for the job. A few days after that, they called to say I made it to a second round interview. This time I met with two of the people I saw before, plus two managers. They had me do a written test. Everyone was really nice and the company vibe was super chill and comfy, people seemed happy. I didn't get the job, but they said to reapply next time because they were interested. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Customer Support
The interview process was really flexible and they communicated well, with friendly people. I applied online and then had a first interview. About a week later, they called me back for a second interview. Another week after that, they had picked someone. They used a mix of one-on-one, one-on-two, and video calls. It was a pretty relaxed experience, and I'd happily apply there again.
