Technical Presentation

The interview process was great and straight forward. There were 3 interviewers who all asked questions. The interview was done in a timely manner and they showed me the facility. It's a very nice facility. They want me to put 30 words in this thing and I feel like that is was to many so hopefully me typing all this junk will let me look at some reviews

Behavioral Technical Group

I recently had a phone interview and then a face-to-face group interview on-site. Years ago, I went through a much longer process with this company, but I got hired elsewhere because DWfriz's process took so long. My interviews were rescheduled last minute because of staff or project changes. During the on-site interview, there were a lot of very specific technical questions. It felt like a tricky situation, trying not to give away trade secrets during the four-on-one interview. I felt like they were just trying to pick my brain, and after it was over, I didn't get any feedback on how I compared to other candidates.

Behavioral Other

My first interview was a phone call with a recruiter, but then she left the company. About a month later, a different recruiter did a phone interview, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, I had a 2-3 hour onsite interview that was completely scripted with multiple people asking behavioral questions. After that, I had to do several online tests and provide references multiple times. They seemed disorganized, kept making excuses like waiting for one more candidate, and strung me along for 2-3 months. Then, I was invited for another 30-minute onsite with a new hiring manager who asked why I was brought back. Afterward, I had to take more online assessments. I heard nothing for a while, and when I followed up, I was told someone else got the job. They said I was 'too nice' for the 'difficult people' there. More openings for the same job appeared a few days later. I suspect they used me to meet diversity requirements. The company itself seems great, but the recruiting process was telling.

Behavioral

A DWFritz recruiter reached out to me directly. We had a brief phone chat and then they moved to scheduling. That's where things went south. First, I was set for a time, waited on the conference line, and no one joined. Then, I was rescheduled mid-call for a different day. After that, I was completely ghosted. Any follow-up emails about the role just disappear. No word back either way.
