It was straightforward, asked some behaviours and competence questions as described on the job advert . I wasn’t prepared enough for the interview so I didn’t get the job and also the location wasn’t favourable for me .

after applying, I did a situational judgement test, and then an online interview. They weren't difficult. The SJT involved using common sense, confidentiality, tact and communication skills. The online interview was pretty brief, with 3 pre-recorded questions where I had a time limit to answer.

Technical

An external vendor handled the initial candidate screening. They frequently contacted me about attending the interview and spoke highly of the company, which turned out not to be entirely accurate. The first round was completed, and the HR person informed me that the technical person was pleased and I had been selected for the next round. Afterward, I contacted both HR and the Vendor to inquire about scheduling the next round. The Vendor then contacted me, stating they would schedule it in a month, but this never happened. It was clearly a waste of my time attending the interview.
