First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Duty Free Americas.
Sales Associate
It was an easy process, I was surprised because they only wanted to know if I spoke English and then they hired me. They only asked General questions that anyone could answer. Being inside an airport the process takes about 1 month, make sure to have all the paperwork ready the day of the interview so you don't have to come back again.

It asked for your educational background, and outstanding qualities you have that would further improve your chances for the job and how much experience you have in the field of the job.
- How would you organize a lot of collateral that comes in three months ahead of the deadline display date so that it is all done on time and not lost?
Sales Advisor
They said I was exactly what they were looking for and offered me the position. I asked some basic questions about details, stores, and shift times. They responded poorly, saying if I didn’t like it I was completely replaceable, and I was spoken to poorly even before I accepted the job.
- How do you handle challenging customers?

the interview was based on the way in which I could sell or serve a customer and what I had to do as a supervisor at the opening and closing of the blind
